Impress by Lux takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it and how we keep it safe.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
We collect only the personal data you provide voluntarily: name, e-mail address, phone number and project details via the contact and pricing forms. In addition, we use cookies and similar technologies to measure website usage and improve our marketing.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote and communicate about your project. The legal basis is your consent (contact forms, cookies) and the execution of pre-contractual measures at your request.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Tag Manager with Consent Mode v2. We only load analytics or marketing tags after you have given your explicit consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookies link in the footer.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. Your inquiry details are stored in a private Google Sheet that is only accessible to the Impress by Lux team. Website usage data may be shared with Google Analytics in anonymised form after consent.
6. Retention period
Contact and pricing inquiries are kept for up to two years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Cookie preferences are stored for one year or until you change them.
7. Your rights

8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to internal systems is limited to authorised personnel only.
